I'm Kevin, strength & conditioning coach, sports therapist and national level powerlifter.
Strength, powelifting and sports therapy are my thing! I believe in training for athletic performance, so that you become stronger, faster, and more mobile. I love helping people build big lifts and a physique to be proud of whilst also helping to improve posture and rehabilitate injuries through sports therapy techniques so that they can live strong, healthy pain free lives! Oh, and I also love to overload people with nerdy little facts!
I'm obsessed with teaching others to improve their performance, and to enjoy training. Break free from the boring fitness regime and shift from the single track “weight loss” mindset. Change your perception of what exercise is and should be, and get the results you want in a healthy sustainable way.

It’s all about results – breaking through plateaus, building bigger lifts, and creating a physique you can be proud of. My method combines the core principles of strength training and athletic conditioning with personalised programming and hands-on sports therapy to help you move better and lift heavier whilst transforming your physique!
We’ll fine-tune your technique, figure out the best lifting mechanics for your body type and improve mobility to lift smarter and stay injury-free. Whether you’re chasing PRs, training for a sport, or transforming how your body performs and looks, I’ll help you train with purpose, recover better, and keep making progress - whether we’re working together in person or online.
